OK Go @ Agora Cleveland (4/27/2025)

After over a decade-long gap since their last tour, OK Go is back on the road to promote their new album, And the Adjacent Possible. Best known for their inventive “practical effect” music videos, OK Go brought that same theatrical energy to the Agora Theatre on Sunday evening.

The band, consisting of singer Damian Kulash, bassist Tim Nordwind, drummer Dan Konopka, and guitarist Andy Ross, took the stage adorned with back tube lighting and flanked on each side by confetti cannons. They took ample time between songs to talk and connect with the audience, sharing stories from their 27 years together.

At one point, singer Damian Kulash took a question from the audience. A fan in the front row of the balcony asked: if he could go back in time to see any musician perform, who would it be? Damian replied, “I can go back in time but I can’t kill Hitler or Trump?”—to which the audience cheered. He continued, “This is probably a cliché answer, but Zeppelin.”

Halfway through the set, Damian came out into the audience to perform the song This Is How It Ends. Lit by a single spotlight, the crowd encircled him with smiles, appreciating the intimate moment.

OK Go played a well-balanced mix of songs from all five of their albums, which was very appreciated by all of their “og” fans in the audience. The band has 14 more stops on this tour, so be sure to catch a show and enjoy OK Go for yourself!
